These terms govern every order placed on lumea-care.com: price, payment, delivery, withdrawal and warranties.
1. Purpose and scope
These terms of sale ("Terms") govern all sales made on this site between PARIS ELITE CONCIERGERIE, which operates the LUMÉA brand, hereinafter "the seller," and any non-trading individual making a purchase, hereinafter "the customer." Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

3. Products
The products offered are LED phototherapy devices intended for cosmetic home use, along with their accessories. They carry the CE marking. The products are not medical devices and do not replace any dermatological treatment.
4. Price
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The LUMÉA LED Skin Mask is offered at the launch price of €99 through September 30, 2026 inclusive, then €129. Free shipping in mainland France; European Union and Switzerland: €6.90.
5. Order
The customer selects their products, enters their details, reviews the order summary, then confirms payment. The sale is concluded upon receipt of payment and confirmed by email.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Visa, Mastercard and CB cards are accepted, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Banking data never passes through the seller's servers.
7. Delivery
The indicative delivery time is 20 days from order confirmation. A tracking number is provided upon shipment.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen days to withdraw. The seller contractually extends this period to thirty days and covers return shipping costs from mainland France. An opened conductive gel cannot be returned.
9. Statutory warranties
All products are covered by the statutory conformity warranty (Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), lasting two years, and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
10. Liability and use
The customer agrees to use the product in accordance with the instructions provided: recommended session duration, eye protection, absence of contraindications.
11. Complaints and mediation

12. Personal data and applicable law
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. These Terms are governed by French law.
